These terms apply when you book, pay for or attend classes with RestAura Reformer Pilates (“RestAura”, “we”, “us”), 1D Cardigan Rd, Winton, Bournemouth, BH9 1BJ. By making a booking or purchase you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Everyone must complete our health registration before their first class. You are responsible for giving accurate information and for telling your instructor about any injury, medical condition, pregnancy or medication that may affect your participation, including any changes over time.

Reformer Pilates is physical exercise and carries inherent risks. You take part at your own risk and agree to follow all instructor guidance and safety instructions. If you are unsure whether exercise is suitable for you, please seek medical advice first.

Classes are booked through our website and are subject to availability. Spaces are limited to keep classes small, so please book ahead. A place is confirmed once payment is completed (or a valid class credit is redeemed) and we’ve sent your confirmation.

Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene. They are available to buy online or at the studio.

Prices are shown on the website and may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase. Payment is taken securely by card (via Stripe) or by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.

Class packs give you a set number of credits to redeem against classes. Each pack’s validity period is shown at the time of purchase, and credits expire at the end of that period. Packs and credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

The Intro Packis a one-off welcome offer — one per member. It cannot be purchased more than once per account.

Where monthly memberships are offered, they run for a minimum term stated at sign-up (for example three months) and are paid by recurring Direct Debit. The specific membership terms, including how to give notice after the minimum term, are provided when you sign up and form part of these terms.

You can change or cancel a booked class free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, using your account page. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are not refundedand any class credit used is not returned — this keeps things fair for others who wanted the place.

We may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule a class (for example if an instructor is unwell). If we do, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and return your payment or credit for that class.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class. For your safety, we may not be able to admit you once a class has started. We want the studio to be welcoming for everyone, and we may decline or end participation where conduct affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

We sometimes photograph or film classes for our website and social media. You can opt in or out during registration and change your mind at any time by letting us know.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or injury arising from your failure to follow instructor guidance or to disclose relevant health information.

The content, branding and design of this website belong to RestAura and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
